After looking over the price list you may order by clicking the order from link here or below, or call me at 1-320-594-2811 to order. Please include your full name, mailing address, delivery address (UPS able), telephone number(s), and email address. DO NOT send any Visa/Master card numbers via email, we do not do plastic anyway. Your personal check or money order is ok with us.
If you have ordered from us before, (and have good credit with us), your order will be shipped directly to you with billing enclosed, net 10. Otherwise, we will send you an email confirming total price=((price-applicable discounts) + any applicable taxes + shipping costs), then send a check or money order payable to PJL Enterprises, (P.O. Box 273, Browerville, MN 56438), for the total amount. Your order will then be shipped promptly upon receipt of your funds.
Special note: Carving clubs get 15% off the initial order, when the order is over $400.00 and 2 and more complete units are ordered. All subsequent orders from said carving club will get 10% off, no matter how small of an order is placed. The Safe Air Dust Collection Systems are only subject to a 10% initial order discount, 5% on subsequent orders, as our margin is already very low for this product. Products are shipped to one address for all club members. And yes, the free shipping will apply to the initial club order and on all subsequent orders over $150.00. Club orders are bulk packed and shipped, (not individually packaged and sent). Initial club orders or any orders outside the US must be prepaid, unless given prior approval! *NOTE: Shipping costs may vary from prices shown, because we go by actual cost. For example, if you ordered an Optima 1 Single burner unit and 2 extra pens, (3 pens total), your shipping cost would be $4.00, not $6.00. As well as 2 packs of sanding pads would only cost $1.00 instead of $2.00 to ship. Please confirm your shipping costs before sending a check or money order, I'll try to confirm via email A.S.A.P. if you order online.

Our return policy is fairly liberal. If within 30 days of shipment you are not satisfied with with a product you purchased from PJL Enterprises, you may return it for a refund or replacement, (minus shipping costs if applicable, Optima 1 pen tips may be subject to a $5.00 replacement fee if damaged or heavily carboned). If their is a problem with your unit, please call or email us immediately.
Returns of merchandise with missing accessories, obvious damage, or heavy usage are subject to a refurbishing fee, (what ever it costs us to fix or replace the unit or items). Shipping costs incurred are non refundable, unless of course we screwed up. If shipped back via UPS there is an automatic $100 insurance on the package.
