As you may already know, the Safe Air dust collectors are now shipping (in volume). The First five orders will get an extra filter free (three units are already gone, so its down to two already).

The Safe Air's big brother, the "Super Safe Air", has just gotten out of the old R&D and is ready for prime-time. This unit boasts a whopping 1400+ CFM and is capable of a 1:1 inlet:outlet ratio. Yet it is still very portable, weighing in at only 25 pounds, and about the size of a standard suitcase.

If you didn't catch it last month, there is a new pen tip available that lets you burn hair in record time. The new "Hair burning" pen can be used to burn hair on mammals or caricatures. It takes the place of either a "V" gouge or tear drop shaped dremel bits used to make hair with, and is much faster by far. It is similar to a #8 in size and form (not flattened or sharpened burnishing tip), except its leading edge has been sharpened (not flattened) to a "V" shape conducive to making hair. This tip is available in the heavy duty style pen (18 gauge wire), and a wider "super heavy duty" (16 gauge wire) tip. I haven't updated my order form or pen tips page yet, so just select a #8 Heavy Duty when ordering, and make a note in the space provided that you'd like the hair burning tip instead.
